Jane-Claire Williams, M.D.
Dr. Jane-Claire Williams joined the staff of GI Associates in August of 2012. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Mississippi, and received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where she also completed her internship and residency in Internal Medicine.
Dr. Williams was Chief Resident and Assistant Professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. She completed her fellowship in Gastroenterology at Baylor University Medical Center. She is board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology.
Dr. Williams has worked with several hospitals in the Jackson-Metro area and is affiliated with organizations that include the American Gastroenterological Association, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, and the American College of Physicians. In addition to receiving numerous honors and awards, she has spent time volunteering at the Jackson Free Clinic, Junior League of Jackson and Dallas and Healing Hands Ministries in Dallas, TX.
